Why should I join the network?

Is it really a free platform?

Yes, this is a free platform. We want to make sure that folks have a way to exchange resources, track who they work with, and the good they give to communities. This platform also offers lists of revenue opportunities to support economic mobility.

Can I invite team members?

Each organization can have two team members at this time. As we grow this product that most likely will change, but for now 2 teams members.

What is your data policy?

You can find our terms of service and data policy here. Essentially all data is yours, but we do anonymize data to share with our partners and the community.

Why did you build this platform when so many social platforms already exist?

We built this platform because THIS kind of social network did not exist before we did. Intenton Labs has purposefully built a social network for economic mobility. During the pandemic our founder, Shawna Ruff, served as the National Volunteer Coordinator & Lead User Researcher for a foundation providing support to hospitals and first responders. During the height of the pandemic she oversaw critical communications and research in the community which helped her understand what was needed long term. Shawna founded Intention Labs in May of 2020 with the intention of building a platform that served nonprofits, small business, and government agencies, knowing each had a different set of tasks to complete. With the team at Intention Labs they created this platform to meet the critical needs of future unanticipated events and economic mobility for resilience.
