The project began with a comprehensive UX/UI audit conducted by our team for a FinTech SaaS product and website. Following the audit, we provided project management support to assist the Selby Lane team in overseeing an outside vendor tasked with addressing the identified user experience issues. The goal was to ensure the vendor effectively optimized the product's design and functionality, aligning outcomes with business goals.
