The objective of the WindEverest project was to improve the online presence and user engagement of a wind energy company through comprehensive UX research, strategic web design, and effective A/B testing. The scope of work includes conducting UX research by performing user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and pain points, analyzing user behavior through analytics and heatmaps, and developing user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions. In terms of web design, the project involves creating a user-centric website that reflects the company's brand and values, ensuring the design is responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices, and implementing intuitive navigation and a seamless user interface. For A/B testing, the plan is to design and execute tests to compare different design elements and functionalities, analyze test results to identify the most effective design solutions, and continuously optimize the website based on data-driven insights. The project timeline is set for 12 weeks, with deliverables including a detailed UX research report, a redesigned website, and A/B testing results and insights.
